I started this informative website after I had written a book on the subject of gluten intolerance and celiac disease - 'The Essential Gluten Free Guide'.

The reason I started 'Gluten-Free-Online.com' was because I often receive emails asking me for advice and help with managing a gluten free diet.

I wanted to create a place so anyone can easily access information, receive up to date news, articles and recipes.

Also by setting up a forum, people are free to ask questions to a large, world-wide audience who have similar experiences and knowledge.

Here at GlutenReview.com you will have information on other gluten free related websites and products, many of which I will review and let you know my findings.

But more importantly, if we all contribute in a small way, with tips, advice, favorite recipes, shared stories etc then this will be your very own celiac disease and gluten free information center that continues to grow, year after year.

There are lots of websites on the internet at the moment dealing with gluten free living. But very few are a result of actually asking and listening to people's concerns and wants?

This is why this website is different, and why I want it to be the best for you.
